Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’s Box Office Reign Continues in Second Weekend
Marvel Studios’ highly-anticipated Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is enjoying notable success at the box office and continues to reign supreme in its second weekend in theaters.
As reported by Variety, the Black Panther sequel earned $17.9 million on its second Friday and is expected to gross approximately $70 million domestically over its second weekend. While this does mark a 60 percent drop from its opening take — which is to be expected with any superhero film — its earnings places Black Panther: Wakanda Forever above recent theatrical releases such as The Menu and She Said.
