He is happy to experience his time in wrestling and following his father’s footsteps.Once he shared an Instagram post stating the story of WrestleMania 13, which changed his life entirely.Dwayne Johnson recalled his ‘Road to WrestleMania’ 1997 The Rock or Rocky Maivia debuted at Survivor Series in 1996. WWE had the vision to make him the biggest baby face in the company. At the age of 25 years old, Dwayne Johnson become the youngest Intercontinental Champion in WWE history and performed in WrestleMania13. In an Instagram post from 2016, he wrote, “It would become one of the most defining moments of my life. Not because it was my first WrestleMania I had the privilege to be a part of, but because I was boo’d out of the building.”The Rock added, “Literally boo’s from 20,000 people that screamed “Get the f*ck outta here”. And when you’re supposed to be a good guy or “babyface” in wrestling speak – getting boo’d is the worst thing that can ever happen. They boo’d me because I wasn’t being real.”The Brahma Bull recalled WWE telling him how to act and in which way to respond to the fans. Furthermore, he explained he lost the title after getting boos from the fans.Moreover, he suffered a knee injury, and WWE sidelined him for a few months to recover. He didn’t care at the time sitting home as he wasn’t drawing money and not the fans cared about him gone.This part was recently shown on Young Rock. Dewey, who was sidelined from WWE due to injury, got married and spent some time finding his true self for his WWE gimmick. He shared the conversation with Vince McMahon he had for a WWE return on call.DJ wrote, “A week before I was scheduled to return to the WWE, I got a call from Vince who said “How do feel about turning heel?” (which means becoming a bad guy). I said “Great, but I have one request… give me 2 minutes on the microphone on live TV and let me be myself.”He added, “Be real and authentic. I gotta be me”. Vince said “You got it”. The following week I cut a promo that was from the heart. Real and authentic.’
